Hey out there this is the first vent post I have done in a while..
Anyhow so u read it right ... I was suposidly termed for "NOT CLOCKING OUT" Is that even legal or LEGIT!!! I did everything I was supose to.... ON TIME EVERYDAY 15-30 MIN EARLY... ALWAYS CAME WHEN I NEEDED TO... DID WHATEVER WAS ASKED OF ME.... All kinds of things... and what thanks did I get..
This is the part that got me though... weeks prior to ... HOW ABOUT THE MANAGER CONSTANTLY PRAISED ME ...
"Oh Leslie your a great stylist... great job...your excellent with people" and then say I have to let u go cause u did'nt clock out and to go as far to say "THERE HAVE BEEN OTHER ON-GOING ISSUES THAT HAVE LEAD UP TO THIS" WTH?
Well needless to say there was a good outcome my area supervisor *her boss* called me he heard my side of the situation and apparently she had been wrong about alot of things too... and so I am still THANK GOD AND BY GOD'S GRACE STILL EMPLOYED....
But...this was my thing... IF you have a problem with someone...WHY LIE TO THEM WOULD'NT U TELL THEM THE TRUTH TO HELP THEM EXCEL AND FIX WHATEVER ISSUE IT WOULD BE... Would'nt that what a great manager would do....
JUST I DON'T GET HOW PPL GET INTO POSITIONS LIKE THIS THAT CAN'T SEEM TO HANDLE IT PROFESSIONALLY!!!
