Thats what my buisness partner and I suspected. The water here has a high comcentrate of sulfur, chlorine and other various minerals. Without filters on the water comming through your pipes, whether its at my shop or their house, hair can turn into a monster if its in a delicate state. When/if she calls back and gives me the formula I'll be sure to let all of you know. In the mean time, I'm in the process of switching to an all vegetable color line (Herbe Tint). I'm hoping this will bring back even the most damaged of tresses without lifting and depositing too much, further damaging the hair. The results I've seen so far have been the best I've worked with yet, and my clients are more than happy to switch. Florida has some of the worst washed out/damaged blondes because of our climate, so, I'm positive this color line will prove to be the best rejuvinator they've experienced yet!!!! Thanks Everyone for your responses, youve been such a great help:)!!!
