Thank you so much for your help.....her starting level is between a
5-6....more on the 5 side. Very ashy. The "G" that I attempted to fill her
hair in with a first was an 8G in the Goldwell Colorance which is a
gold....the reason for it was the level she was on her ends was a dull ashy
10 level.....when it turned green I freaked...naturally.....and from that
point on I watched it over the course of a few months and it slowly
accumulated a bit more green.....thats why I figured it must be a chemical
deposit in the hair....either from medication and pregnancy or even pools.
Ive been doing hair for 12 years and never seen a mess like that, let alone
not be able to help a client:( So if any of you have seen weird hair like
this feel free to comment because this one throws me for a loop!!!
