Have you tried to fill her fried ends with yellow/orange? If you dont add some warmth, no matter what you do, they will be green. Extremely porous hair will only accept the drabbest color in the formula. In extreme cases, and this sounds extreme, the only thing that will help is a good pair of scissors. And some protein treatments.
