In one of the groups, there was a snag thread with clips of windows! Most were showing the view of what was outside, but some showed the indoor view!!! I have looked all over and can not find it for the life of me and sooooooo frustrating!!! Does anyone have a compass to point me in the right direction??? Tweetyval |

Awesome collection....... But, please be careful with being © aware! Would be a pity to work hard on a tag only to have it deleted due to copyright booboo - PITA when that happens! Please, as Shauna and Belle before her have stated....Be copyright aware and check your stuff before posting. If anything is found to be "illegal" it will be deleted! I and the other managers do not like to have to do this so please check your tags, shares and such before posting! Also, if all stuff in this thread IS "legal" I would like to take these to the snag/share board and then you can add more to that thread! You can add you Name to most Tags, but what you have to remember is: You MUST leave all the Credits and Copy Rights on them. |

Pixeylaine not true nowadays. Artists like Kenny K, Worthington, Fontaine, and now even Garvey is thinking of it, have gone AMI to protect their original work. Bits and pieces of the originals were taken off and reused as someones elses work, they got fed up. The ones I named have gone AMI copyright and only their stuff can be BOUGHT from now on no more freebies. Am no copyright police either but rooms have to be protected because MSN slams down hard on illegal tags posted. Rooms have shut and this is not gossip it's a fact. Not trying to scare just saying why this room needs to be alert about the issue. Thanks Andrew because Artists do want their work as in their own copyright. I know many float out there as unknown, but all have to originate from somewhere. Even if say one says Angel Tags it needs a C next to it to be able to be added onto. If I'm wrong hon feel free to tell me we are all still learning this new protection Laws they have out. Hugs Belle |

Ohh one thing I forgot to mention certain tags like Joel Adams and n others need URL's on them too otherwise they will not be accepted in 90% of legal tag rooms. Up YOur Art is a NO NO for URL's but AMI and the rest are. It simply means the contents are GENERAL and not ADULT orientated. So complicated will try and post a list of all this soon. |

I was aware of the copyrighted windows and am being careful which windows to use. Too bad the copyrighted limited the work of an psp artist. I can see its fair but some sites like mine has so many collected tags are and arent copyrighted. I am leaving them as is and the artist wud need their judgement to use them. I have thought about closing my snag community cuz of the copyrighted tags I dont really have many but Im only thinking about it. Wish me luck... Tweetyval |

Pixey wasn't having a go at you hon, no way. Tweety it's the same with everything. In the beginning the artists were more than willing to share for free BUT when people started taking bodies off originals or even heads for that matter and passing them off as their own work, well sheees a bit like disecting the MONA LISA and saying hey its my work I put on a new arm, or I took her smile away so it's mine. Thats where the problem started. Poor Garvey has bits and pieces all over a head here, a leg there no wonder he is thinking of going PAID. I think if the original is kept in tact and the URL's are in place then there is no problem. Richards, Adams, even some and only some of Lucy Clagg (she has gone AMI too) stuff is out there all legal snags. Promise to get a list of all soon as I can the one I have is outdated already. UYA has 3 new artists just joined. Lets not all panick and have fun like I said it's basically only the altered ones from CILM and MPT even some LoonyPinups that need to be checked. |
