To make a back ground from a template:

1 To make a background to use, first find a good template. There are many here. Copy the template by highlighting it. Start at bottom right with hold left click and move up and left. Then on keyboard, "ctrl" and "c" at same time. Open message box. Paste by "ctrl" and "v".

All you need to do to use 20/20 to make a tile , is to open up your image, click IMAGE/TILE EFFECT and you're done! 20/20 is a stand alone program (not a filter and is not installed into your plugins folder, but rather somewhere else on your computer in its own folder)
