I have the greatest groomer, and would highly recommend her to any Tzu owner.  Her name is Allyson and she is a groomer at the PetSmart on Colerain Ave.  She has three Tzus of her own and is just wonderful with Max.  He had a bad experience with a private groomer when he was a pup and was rather terrified of going again, but Allyson took the time to get to know him before his first visit and let me stay with them the first few times he went.  I can't say enough about her!
