What Can I Snag?  What Can I Post?   Who May Offer Tags   Members, Staff, and Management who have taken Bel's Copyright Classes are the only members that may make tags for themselves, have tag offers, or make gifts for members or staff.   If you don't PSP, gifts may be requested from any of our Bel's Graduates that are willing to fill requests on the Anyone Board or from our staff taggers.  Please do not bring in tags from other groups for gifts to members, staff or management.  Many groups are not copyright aware and proper credit will not be on the tags.  Bandwidth   Members, Staff and Management are using photobucket or other image hosting sites for their storage.  If you copy and paste from any of the image hosting sites, you will be stealing that person's bandwidth.  You are only alloted a certain amount of bandwidth each month and when you exceed that limit, your images will no longer be visible.  Many image hosting sites will not let you upload any new tags once you have exceeded your limit.  MSN is very strict with any groups that allow bandwidth stealing.  Do not copy images from any website.  This is stealing their  bandwidth.  Many are paying for only a certain amount of usage.  Once they have reached their limit, they will be offline until their bandwidth is reset. There is one exception to copying in MSN Groups.  You may copy any tags made for you or any tags that you have permission to snag that has been posted using MSN Albums or an  Individual's MSN Storage.    If you do not understand bandwidth, please save all your tags to your computer and upload them to your storage area before using them.   Detailed information on bandwidth is located on the link below.  Bandwidth   Signature Designz Snags   Our headers (Tags) used in our games, etc ARE NOT SNAGGABLE.  They are for Signature Designz use only. Our games are NOT snaggable.  Most of the games are the ideas of our Staff/Management.   Please do not assume a tag is snaggable.  Only snag when permission has been given to do so.  We have set up an album for snaggable tags and management will upload new tags on the first of every month.  Check out the challenges each week.  Member taggers do make a snag for everyone to snag. What you cannot snag to use outside of Signature Designz   Backgrounds, along with the artwork in sets that we have provided on our background boards are NOT snaggable to use outside of Signature Designz.  They are for your exclusive use at Signature Designz ONLY.  Please do not snag or use any of our backgrounds that we have for our games or ones that we use on the message boards.
