Fragen Antworten 1.) Can i use the Creddy bears to make signtags, stationeries, globes, e-cards etc.? Principle yes. You can use the creddy tubes for everything as long as it is for private and non-profit use.   2.)May I pass on the Creddy tubes? Yes, you can, but don´t rename the tubes! 3.) Is it permitted, to use the Creddy bears in a group to make groupworks? Of course this is also no problem. But only for privat and not for commercial use or purchase ware. 4.) Do I need a special permission to use the creddy bears? No, what is written here applies for everybody 5.) May I print out the things I have created with the creddy bears and give them to friends and relatives? Of course, as long as it is a gift it is allowed. Of course, as long as it is a gift it is allowed. 6.) May I offer creddy bears for download on my webside? It is allowed to offer 20 creddy tubes on your side, but only with a link to my index-page. 7.) Have the creddy bears something to do with the tatty teddys? No, they haven't. The creddy bears are my own creations and the tubes I had made at the beginning, which had been close to the tatties had been removed from my side. If you still use some creddies which are not available on my side, please delete them. 8.) Is it necessarily to put a backlink on my works? No, this is not necessarily. But if you have a homepage i am pleased you place a backlink on your hp. 9.) Is it necessarily to put a (c)by Creographix on my works? No, all Creddytubes has a little watermark. If you work with the tubes the watermark is automatically on your works too and that´s enough. But it is not forbidden :-)       3-14-07 Dear Creddy friends, Lately there have been a lot of rumors about the creddy bears. I have thought for a long time which changes would make sense and which changes I will stay away from.  The change that shocked people the most was the prospect of the creddy tubes not being free anymore. Therefore I decided against that. After all, I created Creddy so it can be used. There are many beautiful tubes on the internet but unfortunately, most of them cannot be used. Therefore, Creddy bear will be free for everybody so it can spread joy amongst people. Here are the new rules: 1. Creddy tubes are and will be free for download and for private use. That means that everybody can download all tubes (even the new ones) from the home page. The tubes are done in size and quality so they can be used in almost every program. The background is transparent, the motives can therefore be placed on every background possible. Private use means that people can work on the tubes, put names on it, print It, make them into iron-on sets etc. as long as  you don't sell it. You can give it away as a present or use it for yourself and your family but you CANNOT sell it and make a profit of it. If you want to use it to sell, you can get a license for each of the graphics. From now on, I will only send the link to the homepage; the tubes will have to be downloaded from there. That means that from now on you cannot send anymore tubes to other groups. Of course you can share the links and the previews in other groups. Alright, that's all, I think we all can live with the new rules, right???
