I notice that when the weather is cold my fibro pain goes up....but have also noticed that when its hot it acts up all over my body.  It changes from day to day....I hate that!  I think it takes the body extra time to adjust to the weather when you have Fibro....not sure...I'm still learning.  I Just moved from Southern California to Maryland and WOW what a shock in weather!  I'm sure others have some better advice....lol.
