ok the worst thing that happened to me this week is I started to drift off while driving due to the CFS and hit the divider in the middle of the road.It made a huge pop sound.I jerked and opened my eyes.got the car to a parking lot real quick. I called AAA and they said they had not received my payment yet so my AAA wasn't in effect.I called my husband (by this time crying) He came changed the tire. Then later took the tire into the shop to get a new one.Believe it or not the tire was still good.Only I needed a new rim.The rim got bent. What a day.....sheri

So good to see you The Mommie :)  So scary about the driving.  That kind of happened to me just a little different.  I lost time while driving, as far as I know I didn't do anything wrong or hit anyone.  I just lost time while driving and that scared me so bad I don't drive alone at all anymore :(  I so loved to drive :(

Scary. That is one of the biggest reasons I quit work. I was nearly killing myself (and maybe others) every day falling asleep at the wheel.

What is your situation as far as working and stuff, mommie? Have you applied for Social Security Disability yet?

And just FYI, the medication that finally helped me bring the CFS to a tolerable level is Ritalin(generic is Methylin). I know it gets a bad rap, but it is night and day, life and death for me. Provigil is another one that seems to help a lot of people, and it is supposed to be non-addictive and help weight loss.

Good luck. Hope you can get the CFS to a point that you can drive safely!
