Sorry I haven't "been around" in a while.  I've been busy with work and school (both part-time).  Now I've decided to go back to work Full-time.  I am a little nervous than I am setting myself up for a bad flare.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks Much!

Diana

Well comgrats on your decision :)  What is it that you do?  That will make a big difference on the advice :)  How come you are putting school aside?  I hope you will be able to go back when the time is right again :)

Well please give more details and I am sure we can give lots of advice :)  We have several people who are working and I know lots of tips that they gave me when they were trying to rehab me :)

Smile :)

Ok...well  I am an RN,  but currently working in management (physically less demanding).  I am still going to be going to school, just working full-time as well.  All/any suggestions are appreciated!!

Thanks,
Diana

Dianna :)
The only suggestions I can give is be as flexible as you can.  Stand, sit and walk in rotation.  Don't do anyone of those for too long and try and learn what your body is telling you before it is too late.  Deligate as much as you can.  Even if it is something small.  If someone else can get the job done right let them.  For school get a study buddy, someone that can take notes for you if you are too tired for class.  The biggest thing I can offer is learn to say "No" when you can.  If someone tries to give you something to do and you have even the slightes feeling it is too much say no.

Please let us know how you are doing :)  We are in your corner :)

Mega hugs :)
