Enchanting Plants, seeing vibrations?
This sounds pretty close to Sympathetic Magic: The idea that like attracts like. You do learn the qualities of the plants and use those plants in order to develop these same qualities in your life. Roses for example can be thought of to promote many forms of love. White lily is for purity. To get where you might be going, a person just may need that. 
The plants themselves can be used in ways that are very simple. You can put a plant in a room to affect the vibrations of that area. You can use a leaf or other plant part in a spell or even put it in your wallet. Incense is a common way to impart a vibration into a space. Oils, waters, perfumes are just a few more of the probably many ways this is done.
is a basic way to work with the plants. It is a way to increase the effects of the plant. This can be as simple as holding it in your hand using a visualization of increasing energy. This method can be used with anything ingested as well such as water or food. Some people charge anything that enters their body. Anything... lol. Actually, I just made the anything part up, but maybe it is true.
CAN THE PLANT VIBRATIONS BE SEEN? I see energy, not necessarily vibrating. What this looks like is different for many people. Here is one example, but not the way I see at this present time:

He answered that, first, they saw that out of the millions of the universe's luminous energy filaments passing through the entire luminous ball, only a small number pass directly through the assemblage point, as should be expected since it is small in comparison with the whole.
Next, they saw that a spherical extra glow, slightly bigger than the assemblage point, always surrounds it, greatly intensifying the luminosity of the filaments passing directly through that glow.
When you see anything, and the things you don't see, you are really seeing vibrations in a way. Solids, liquids, gas and plasma are all vibrating at different speeds depending upon several factors. However, to see a quality of a plant is different.
I don't know anyone who sees the quality of a plant that I can think of. They might see light, auras or have a manner of searching for a plant that is seeing. Some people feel the plant qualities or communicate with the plant. I most often hear the person sit with the plant for awhile to get a feeling or develop communication with it. The majority of people probably simply look up the correspondences in a book.
