 Pay Attention

During our lives, it sometimes becomes useful to have a motto.  A mantra if you like; a phrase of words to ignite your actions, raise your consciousness, etc yada yada.   Corny, but valid.  Nothing succeeds like success; and the following phrase works as such.  As with most power phrases, a lot is packed into a little space.  The following is a discussion on the need for "chilled scrupulous attention" when doing passive Reading --- or doing anything at all of any importance.
Read carefully  So here is the explanation of that phrase, and I wish you well.
 *******************************************************************
Kellogg:  I have said this before, and it didn't really matter if you paid attention before; but it does now.   Pay chilled scrupulous attention --- to your etiquette.  Do you understand the term?
The T: Not entirely... I am kind to the Babes.
Kellogg:  Do you understand my phrase, above?
 The T: No.
Kellogg:  Then don't assume understanding will come automatically.  Before - in your experiences, and training, Your attention was not needed in order to perform adequately.  You are now "stepping up."  With the arrival of new tools, also comes a need for precision.  It is another paradox - that when we get new tools, we need to be more precise with them, so we can seem to be very casual to others.  My casualness is a result of lotsa work on being precise.  For one who has had "passive viewing", it's time you directed some energy towards the essence of preciseness --- and thus the Focus of casualness.
Here is the basic term to review:  "Pay chilled scrupulous attention".
 Four words:
The first: "pay".  It means you will earn what you gain, by performing actions for your goal.  You will earn your goal, by study, by Intent, by manifesting, -and by performance.  In astral stuff, henever you see the word "pay" --- it means performance.  Thought = action.  So - if you want something, you "pay" for it, With the coin of the realm.  Got it so far?
 The T: Yes.
Kellogg:  Funny how four words have so much to say, huh?
 The T: Yes.
Kellogg:  And we've only covered 1 thus far.  Here is the second, "chilled".  This refers to a state of mind - and a state of focus.  When you hear this word used by Travelers - or folks like me, the word means you are to be detached.  Chilled = cool = without emotion = without attachments.  You approach the issue - or the sitter - or the situation...with a total lack of personal preference.
Chilled is the essence of being detached.  With me thus far?
 The T: Yes.
Kellogg:  Ok - third word: "scrupulous".  It means details of etiquette, And of protocol; but mainly for etiquette.  It means you use an approach that belies your assessment of the Wurld - and your place in it; how you approach a thing - and what posture you assume.  Scrupulous = a detailed posture = definitions of etiquette.  How one approaches a thing, sometimes defines that thing.

Last word:" attention"; Means two things.  In the short state- it is your Focus.
In the longer state  - it is your Perception of all things.  Attention is (active) and (passive).  Active attention = focus.  Passive attention = perception.  In terms of Protection, active attention is the Focus of your personal power or manifestation over a thing - or against a thing.  In terms of Protection - passive attention is your perception of energy and how it moves through and around you - and your response to this.  Energy = all that there is - in the Wurld.
These four words…when given in a phrase to a student, is called a "Bunkai".
Bunkai means a posture that contains both an obvious stance, and a devious stance.
Posture is how our preparation for the interaction with our enemies, and strangers, and friends.  Because friends usually are strangers and enemies become intimate.
So --- I have given you a psychic Bunkai.  "Pay chilled scrupulous attention".  With an understanding of this posture - you can do Anything you wish. Conductor; Reader; Healer; Traveler…whatever --- Based on your personal preference, And your limitations.
 Ok? ok.
 Yeowza.
