Heya,Namaste,
I want to ask you about something,although I probaly already know the answer. I meditated with my crystal,a purple one got healing and incorperating mind body and soul.Sorry I cant remember the name. Anywho,I was doing a guided meditation with my crystal on my chest,then I decided to move it to my third eye. My head began to throb!LOL I could feel my head and third eye pulsate with the beat of my heart and I could hear my heart so clear in my head. It was neat. But I was wondering if this was too much.To much energy for me as it being my first time meditating with a crystal. I just breathed and relaxed,I felt great after,no headache or anything. SO what do you think the throbbing pulsating was? It wasnt throbbing like a headache,just beating |
