Hello Friends,

I had an experience a few days ago that was an extension of something i experienced last winter.  Let me start with that first one....i was in my qi gong class and it was like i was so in tune with the energy that i became part of it...i saw strands of grey that seemed to attach everything to everything.  It only lasted a few seconds but the feeling was awesome and stayed with me a long time.  A day or so ago, while sitting at my desk at work, i glanced down at my hand and it was as if i couldnt really see where my hand began or ended...like there was no boundary....just energy....then my arm sort of disappeared too...and i once again saw these grey strands.  It seemed like this was the very fabric of the universe.  I wonder if any of you have ever seen these strands or if this was simply a lesson for me to understand energy a little bit better?
