ALL MEMBERS WELCOME

 

A couple of times a week we will post up a picture, it may be a photo, it may be a drawing or a painting.

 

Each Challenge will have a goal - The challenges are designed to help beginners find their focus, connection, and trust with spirit as they start their journey, and to help us more experienced folks maintian the level of trust and surrender required to work in the light and serve the greater good.

 

The three goals are:

 

Focus

Trust

Connection

 

All you have to do in each challenge is grab a cuppa, sit and let your gaze wash over the picture, surrender to the moment and give what you see, sense, feel or hear, or whatever comes through the end of your fingers on the keybaord.

 

Everyone welcome, don't be shy, some of our best connections have come from new members who were very nervous about joining in and only posted two or three words - and they were SPOT ON
