To see your belly in your dream, indicates that your are processing and integrating your ideas and feelings from the unconscious to the conscious level. The belly symbolically holds repressed emotions and unexpressed feelings. Your dream may also be telling you to trust your gut feeling and intuition.

To see a pregnant belly, represents emotions that are due to come to the surface. They can no longer remain suppressed.

I really like Polly's analysis, It's very thorough.

I also see something that I would like to add.  Pregnancy is also significant of  creation.  Flowers  are also a part of nature.....The flower was in paper and the pin in gold.  Two different elements symbolising two different levels of "value".  Also significant of the first and 50th years of marriage...but I see it more as something something new and fresh (paper flower).  And something that has attained value through time (as a godlen anniversary would) with endurance and sacrifice (the pin). 

So pretty much looking at two things....soemthing new and fresh, and something that you have accepted and aquired with sacrifice that both have  value to you (as they are your creations, your babies so to speak and a part of you).  Do you need to make a decision?  Like starting something new and letting go of something old?  The items going back into your tummy means that both are a part of you and you can't possibly be forced to decide.  I see the death of your Nana as a big change coming through for you.  A change that will require you to go through a big Clean-up so to speak.  Possible more of a mental clean-up more than anything.  Looking away once again from the gold (book of secrets) is the inability to face this "gold" item (old and aquired thing in your life) not being ready to deal with whatever it is you must regarding it and then it's gone..... Perhaps the fear that you have no choice but to let it go and would rather do so without having to get into the whole fuss and details of it.
