Thank you all - I did have a lovely day! And today I opened a card from a dear friend of 43 years who lives in Ontario - she did something I thought was quite wonderful - she wrote "I remember" of things I had done all those years ago that she remembered - needless to say it was remarkable - because I didn't remember them but was thrilled to read them! (Yep, a puddle of tears in the local post office!) I did get a new camera, but the other things that will remain are all my lovely wishes from my dear friends, on here and past and present.
