Polly a huge thank you for such a powerful and wonderful meditation.  I am sat here so glad that i could post this time (fingers crossed when i hit send) as i am so chilled out i am going to bed for an uber early night for me.  My chakras are sparklin i tell ya, now all i gotta do is remember to do this as part of me self healin and i will be super fit and ready to rock in no time!
