Here I am again- I am still tired and still not heard back about my test. I know that I am almost devoid of Iron and that will make me tired. But with the headaches, my ears and vertigo problem I didn't need my Restless Leg Syndrome to keep kicking into effect.
I had it Friday on the way home from work--had to stop every 1/2 hour or so. Yesterday--day time it was bad but I could do a lot of walking outside to pick up a few errends and that eased it.
I went to bed at midnight tonight--I was very tired--but by 1:30 that RLS kicked into gear and here I am up again at 2:30..The medicatin doesn't work. I have tried all kinds. Tonight is so bad I can't stop crying. I have to keep the damn things moving. I massage them, I shake them, I even pound on them, anything to try and break the connection between legs and brain. It's so bad I cant believe I keep saying, "God take these legs and give them to someone who wants them." I really don't want that to happen I am just so tired and I have to be up at 5:15 to go to physio by 6:30 before going to work. Please I need help. I try and send healing to myself but It's not working. There must be a different way in deal with this horrendous syndrom.

Darling, i can give you distance Reiki - we need to set up a time that we can sit quietly at the same time - that works best i have found - but its not vital, and if you jsut want me to send overnight fo ryou I can do that too! I can do any weekday evening after 7pm UK time until about 11pm. In the meantime I'll add you to my daily healing list wich will help al ittle bit too. Love Erika xxxxxxxxxxx |

I thank all of you. I made it home today without having to stop and so far tonight I'm okay. So I do thank you for the healing it's working.
