It really is working. My legs are no where near as bad as they were last couple of nights. I decided to do some more research on RLS--and it says if you are low in Iron--I just found out I have almost none in my body--the average rate for people is approx 10 I am under 2. So this is probably why it has been getting worse for the last while. When my iron is back up hopefully it will settle down to the normal annoyance.
