Hi just had an old friend of mine Jane call and email me boy she has been to hell and is still there he has messed her up really bad think worst nightmare and then double he beat the crap out of her and left her to die. She is now left with a bussness that she has no idea how to run and has to rely on kindness form her staff to work there. this peace is from the newspaper.....

A FORMER pub landlord who brutally attacked his partner and a woman seeking employment has been spared a prison sentence.

David Morgan, aged 48, had been drinking heavily when he ran at 57-year-old Lesley Moulton who had gone to the Blythe Inn, in Blythe Bridge, looking for work and knocked her off a stool and into the fireplace.

The father-of-one then lashed out with punches and kicks before his partner Jane Osbourne intervened and she was beaten up, said Mr Mark Rees prosecuting.

He told Wolverhampton Crown Court that Morgan stamped on Mrs Osbourne's ribs, lower back and legs before jumping into the air and landing knee-first on her chest. ( he aslo pulled clumps of her hair and kicked her repeatedly with cowboy boots on till she was unconsues then went to bed the sod)

The two women were taken to Stafford Hospital for treatment to their injuries and had both been badly affected by the attacks, said Mr Rees.

Morgan, now living in Andover, Hampshire, admitted two charges of assault causing actual bodily harm and he was given a 50-week prison sentence suspended for two years.

He was further placed under supervision for two years, told to pay £500 compensation to Mrs Osbourne for her injuries and £250 to Mrs Moulton.

Michael Anning, defending, said Morgan, also ordered to pay £500 costs, was ashamed.

Recorder David Taylor told Morgan: "These two women suffered greatly at your hands."

Please join me in sending her healing as i belive she really needs it she wont ask but i will. Thanks in advance ladys

OMG Silver that's awful - 50 weeks??  He should have got a lot longer - then taken to a women's shelter and left for a few hours.  No doubt he would have been in a bit of a mess when he left.  It really makes my blood boil!!!!  Sending Jane and Lesley healing and huggles.

Thanks girls i am sure it will help her she has no time for healing herself or seeking help to work through it as she is trying to keep the bussness afloat. When a man can express this amount of pure violence and get off scot free it just goes to show the unjust laws that are ment to be there to serve and protect fail. No woman or man should be subjected to this kind of violence even if its a lesson not to repeate past dramas no one deserves to be treated this way. around 12 years ago she had a parra gliding accident crashing into clifts and broke most bones and a few in the spine it has taken her years of panick attacks, therapy, meds and pure willpower to get her to a point she could just about cope she was  never a victim always a servivor, however this time she is so badly hurt it may take a very long time to recover but at least with the healing it will help her get better. Thanks again ladys
