Ive had a awful accident have torn all the shoulder muscles and ligements im in soooo much pain
 
You must have picked up on my crying for help

Oh poor Sue....  definitely loads of healing being sent to Sue and to Paul.  I really wish I lived close by so I could go help her out for a while.  Must be so hard to look after Paul with her shoulder hurt so badly.

Your all so kind
Just got to say I am feeling some whet better with my shoulder I was starting to think it would never heal as I could not move my right arm at all ...Im still feeling pretty down as it is still not 100% doctors said it could take up to 5 weeks to heal completely ...
Paul is like me has got a awful chest cold so we are a right pair ...Im trying to stay positive this is the first time Ive been to post up to you all ...
I can feel the love here in the group oh just wanted to say thanks ...
