Dear Charmed4y,
Please accept my condolences on the loss of your dear father. I too lost my father recently to cancer on the 23-12-2004.
Although the grieving process is extremely painful  please try not to rush your feelings. Remember there is no right or wrong way in dealing with  a loss for it is a deeply personal expereience. There are many different levels to grief and I believe we each go through them at some time as we move forward with our lives.
I was touched to know you realise he hears you and this I believe will be of immense help. Recall the times you shared together,  the laughter the tears and the embarrassing moments, no doubt of which there will be many.
Enjoy each memory and live each moment knowing he watches over you but above all his love for you continues to flourish.

Love, light and peace be with you.
