I'm in my mid 40s, married and I have 2 children aged 5 and 7.

I've been aware of spirit since my late teens - when I had an out of body experience.  I learned to meditate at about that same age.

25ish years later, I'm now a Reiki Master (healer), Spiritual Psychic Artist and I have taught meditation classes.  Over the years I've had many wonderful experiences in meditation, and it is the first place I look when I have a spiritual question.  Also, if I start typing or writing to help someone I often find I am chanelling information and insights from spirit.

I see Reiki as a healing tool rather than as a path or way or life in itself.  It is just one aspect of my spirituality.

I also like to play music - I play the guitar, mandolin and recorder.  Mostly I play traditional folk music, but sometimes I sit and try to play intuitively.  I think eventually I may channel music.

I regularly go to a spiritualist church in Milton Keynes (UK).  The support and encouragement I've received there has been wonderful, and I could not have developed my gifts without it.

In Love, Light and Peace
Jo
