sorry for long delay in my reply....but just to let you know my back is fine....im hoping it was your healing that did it, usually when it troubles me it lasts a few days at least...but on the friday i had nothing more than a twinge which was very strange, but very pleasing lol....so thank you so much for that xx

My boys have ll been hit by  stomach bug last few days and ive been up to my knees in sick (not nice)!! i seem to have avoided it myself so far...touch wood......but its been a crazy feww days with very little sleep at night, between waking and changing bedding and mopping floors i'm ready for a hoiliday lol.

do you ever feel like your fighting a losing battle?....im sure its all sent to try me but the last few days ive felt like throwing the towel in.....ive got behind with college work....money i was meant to recieve hasnt been paid so im behind with the bills.....all the kids been poorly......and i need a weeks sleep to feel human....lol im sorry for off loading i sound like a moaning minnie....im going over to the jokes page for a smile.........i hope all is well with all of you....
