Who's sat with me on the chair,
who's just walked through my mind.
I'v meditated many times,
for answers hard to find.
I do not know my spirit guide,
but sense that he is there.
Protecting hands around me,
he kissed and smoothed my hair.
I never ever think ,that I am on my own.
I'v walked many miles within my thought,
untill its time for home.
A gentle glowing light, when down
from heaven came,
for sore eyes such a sight,
A calmness soothes my pain.
To take my hand and lead me,
through troubled paths of life,
and guide me through to peacefulness,
away from stress and strife.
I thank thee gracious spirit,
for your guidance and your time,
and also for your patience,
as I try to link my mind.
into a spirit realm,your protection
you just give,
to make the world a better place,
for me in which to live.
I'll say goodbye for now,
untill another night.
when I shall meditate once more,
an open chakra light.
