I hope you all do not mind me sharing this very special poem I wrote for a dear dear very close friend of mine. It was one year last sunday he died of lung cancer and his heart could not go on anymore and gave up. It is his birthday tomorrow 24th july and wanted to share his birthday with all. seriously though i do wish your sister well and hope she is ok now xx I still feel very down as my sugars keep dropping low - I am going to have to see the Doctor again as perhaps 500mg tablet is to high for me twice a day. I can symphasise with your sister as I was a chocoholic also and finding it hard not having any ( I do sneak a bit in my mouth) shhhhh. perhaps this is why it makes you feel down not having the chocs your body is used to !! I will hold you to your promise of getting easier
