This came in with my mediations last night - please note I am not claiming to have spoken with Archangel Gabriel but an angel called Gabriel. this is by no means the lot there were about 1100 words in all. But this is the essence of it.

Heal with Love - Angel Gabriel

"I say unto you - go - beseech yourself for you trust not. yet to trust is to have the divine power of the love of oneself. In order to love oneself we must have faith for without faith we have nothing. You can be good and pure of mind yet so scared in your soul that you will never be truelly happy for you will never experience the trueness of love - the one true thing in all this life force is love - for without love the life force would wither and die. So you all need to go forth and learn the lesson of love oneself in order to love one another. For we cannot truelly love another if we do not love the self - for how would the self know what it is to love - how can you give when you know not how to recieve. for how then would you know that what you give is truelly love - for as sure as we see with our eyes we love with our souls not our hearts. You can see with both the eyes and the mind - yet you can only love from one true place - your soul - your inner heights - For if we fail to nourish this inner soul it withers and dies - it fragments and curls - it falls to pieces, so does the ability to love one another - for we cannot give love if we have no place to receive it in return.

The law of cause and effect applies as much here as in anywhere else. You cannot give love if you cannot recieve love - so I say unto you - go forward love yourself before you love thy neighbour - for by loving yourself you are enabling yourself to give away your love freely for it is there to give. If you do not have love in the first place - then how can you give what you do not have?"
