Hello

Well not a lot has been going on with me with spirit and everything else for many weeks now if not maybe months....

But yesterday I decided to meditate in the afternoon while Paul was resting ....

I sat in the chair and closed my eyes and did my protection and as usual ( I always see this ) I saw a figure sort of down a tunnel they have a dark coat on and I never see who it is ...Anyway that by the wayside ....I kept relaxing and I saw like a negative coulur browney like you get in old fashioned photos and i saw a lady I could not make out who she was but she had a hat on and was slender and looked like someone from the 1920.... And as usual I tried to hard and she went from my sight ....I also saw a gentleman he had side whiskers think they were called chops lol ...But i was really pleased as Ive not had anything for such a long time ....

After they had gone I just had a really bright white light across my eyes when they were closed and It felt so peaceful I must say when i opened my eyes a while later i felt relaxed ....

Just wanted to share it with you all ...
