Hello Everyone

Any ideas please on this I would appriciate ....

The early hours of the morning I got up to go to the loo and then came back to bed ....Paul was sleeping and i lay in bed ...As I looked round the bedroom I saw a mist well I always say it is like a fog when i see it as it seems to swirl slightly ....Anyway I just started to look round the room and it lit up it was quite light and there were what looked like threads of silver like white in colour dashing across the room they had some sort of multi coulour a bit on the edges of them but they were white and they were wishing around in the mist ...It seemed light in the room and also I could feel a chill like a breeze brushing on the left side of my cheek ...I watched this for quite a few minutes and then it just faded and the room was normal again I could make out the furniture and see the lights from outside ...

Has anyone else had this or does anyone know what it might be ...I did not feel afraid infact I was quite amazed at what I was seeing I was wide awake ....The white threads looked very much like ribbons waving across the room back and forth ....

I have not had anything for such a long time with spirit and I am hoping now that through me been more relaxed things are starting to open up for me ....
