hi everyone,
I've just had a major dose of de ja vu but I'd rather call it a dream flash back. The thing is I had this dream years ago, and we moved to this house 2 years ago, the flashback took place in the hall way...the same book on the floor the dogs bed up turned and a shoe, was exactly the same as this snippet of dream that just came hurtling back to me.........has anyone any ideas on how I can recall the entirety of the dream, because it's just going to bug me as I really do think it's significant now! Help!
thanks
lots of love

Hi Chazz

I have only recently started remembering my dreams more. One thing I would suggest is writing down every detail you remember - it could just lead to another small part being jogged.
I find that something will happen to me that will bring back part of my dreams - seeing a red car, a bird anything - just memory joggers.
Good luck hun and I hope it comes back to you

Hi Chazz honey,

I would suggest wriing eveything down too - before you even put a foot out of the bed and on the floor.  (not always practical I know, especailly wiht a baby in the house)

Also, before you go to sleep at night, you can ask spirit to help you remember details of a dream by stating 'please help me to remember the significant details of any dreams that i need to remember, as a message to myself from my subconscious' that way you can rest assured that the details you forget wont matter anyway, and spirit will help you remember the stuff you do need to remember.

As Nova says, the very act of putting pen to paper will help you recal stuff you may not consciously have been aware of in your dream too - just keep writing til the info stops.

(You can use the same trick to ask spirit to repeat a dream......I used to do it all the time when i was learning how to talk to charlie - he would talk to me in my sleep and give me messages for people)

Just some thoughts to add to the melting pot.

thanks Nova and Erika, I've forgotten all about getting help from
spirit, nice idea, I'll get on to that tonight...and if I remember I'll go a buy myself a pad tomorrow! ( I'll probably end up sticking a post-it note to my forehead again...anything to help me remember!)
lots of love

I think that you are spot on in thinking that the reason you are remembering it NOW is because the relevance of the dream is NOW.
I'm sure that spirit is already on it (in helping you remember the points that you MUST remember).  Only becuase I'm sure they have everything to do with you remembering parts right at this time!
Start by taking apart what you DO remember rather than focusing on what you DON'T remember.  That will make all the difference in understanding why you are beginning to remember things now in relation to this very dream!  Hope this helps.....

thanks Martine,
All I remember is the certain placement of the book and shoe on the hallway floor, and then going into my bedroom, But one problem I've been getting over and over at the moment is my third eye opening up. I've grounded and protected myself (I'm constantly doing that at the moment!!) and I've tried closing it down with an obsidian....nothing seems to work. I really do get the feeling that I'm meant to know something. Any ideas what to do from here?
lots of love

I remembered and in fact the dream was clearly pointing to today.........in particular my mood. My partner's mother was there in my dream, trying to take something from me, it took place in my bedroom...hence to hallway placement of the book and shoe etc, in the dream I went into my bedroom in one stinker of a mood and I was followed in by my partner's mother. Well today the same thing happened, but I wasn't in a stinker of a mood, I was knackered and My partner's mother followed me into the bedroom and just picked my Lily out of her moses basket without even asking!!! My poor girl doesn't seep well at night, so any chance of her getting the sleep she needs is during the day....the woman woke her up!!!! I'm sorry I know this should probably be in the let off steam pile!! I don't do tact, so I just took Lily off her and put her back in her moses basket to sleep! I do feel a little guilty for doing that, after all she is her grand child....but she could have asked first!!! Lots of love
