Hi everyone,
I've had this prob for a while..........How can I promote some calm into my home? With my partner the way he is, it's having a negative effect on everyone and I can feel this place just oozing with negativity. I've done the usual cleansing, airing rooms out, using sea salt under his chair (he doesn't know), smudging the house but it still feels bad, has anyone got any ideas?
thanks for your help
lots of love
chazz

Have you tried sitting in a bubble of light, with a thin shell, like an egg, that has a mirror on it reflecting away from you.  Say to yourself the shell will only let love and light (and healing) in, everythgin else will be returned, with love, from where it came.

(You dont have to do this in meditation state, i do it at work all the time when certain folks are around me and i know they are going to drain me and make me gurmpy)

You can place one round your children too.  Pretty soon all that negative energy going back to wherever it came from (not just hubby) will change the habits of anyone - they don't like feeling (or experienceing) what they are sending out, so either stop and go away, or start with nice behaviour patterns.

I've used it many times, especially at work in my job in the Embassy.  It really does work, if thats too much to visualise, see yourself stood in a tube of violet light, and when you look at hubby, or whoever, just bathe them in violet light and say no, i am not taking your negativity, have it back with love.  The results will be tiny at first, but they will be there, you wont change anyones personality, but they wil interact better with you, and you won't be so affected by their negative vibes.

Give it a go.....

what a great idea! Thanks Erika! I'll certainly be giving it a go.......I just can't stand feeling sapped all the time, and my kids deserve to be happier too. I don't want to change his personality, I just want everyone to feel happier and calmer.
thankyou again.

Yep I agree with Erika with the mirrors but I visualise being inside a mirror ball instead of the bubble - you know - like the old mirror balls they used to use in dance halls lol you are too young to remember them!

glad to here it is helping!

do remember to recharge your batteries though, either by meditation, or by relaxing completely - its hard work holding the light and keeping hte calm all the time, but a short break and some you time will help make it all stronger when you go back to it.

Hi Chazz,

Another suggestion is placing an amethyst crystal in each room of the house. Amethyst is a very efficient purple cleansing crystal and it removes any negativity or residue that remains in a room.

Just a thought... xxxxx

Funny you should say that Jewels, I've taken to sleeping with my amethyst again, double the protection, as I am quite vulnerable at night.
Thanks hunni
