I sent away for Craig Hamilton-Parker's CD "Opening to auric light" It has helped me a lot. He goes through opening the chakras and then closing them. I only listen to it once a week but it is getting stronger and stronger. At first I couldn't visualise the colours but now they are really strong. It is - I think - a rewrite CD so doesn't play on personal stereo but plays beautifully on an ordinary player with earphones.

I have just ordered the CD that you recommended, on the internet, £16.50 bit dearer than I expected but there's no price I wouldn't pay if it helps to improve my awareness. from your description it sounds just what I need.
