Angel Magic by Margaret Neylon

"You don't have to be mad to have an angel, and neither do you have to be perfect or even religious.  We all have angels - if we would only believe in them!  In fact your angels are with you at all times, but they cannot force you to be aware of them.  However, with creative rituals, meditations, exercises, visualizations - even instructions on how to make your very own angel cards - this little book shows you how simple it is to be inspired and guided by the magical power of angels."

Taken from the back cover of the book - Margaret lives in Ireland and she has been lecturing and holding angel workshops for over 10 years.

Yes, you are spot on - I do keep going back to the book, time and time again.

Mum's mum was a tall woman and well built but I didn't get to meet my dad's mum as she died before I was born.  If she was anything like my dad then she would (I expect) but just as you described her.  Thanks very much for that.

Hi Jean, I have read the book over and over again and still go back to it as a reference.

She suggested asking Archangel Michael for protection so before I start my meditation, and after I have grounded and asked for the divine light of protection I also ask for protection from Michael.  (I don't do things by halves lol) The first time I called on him I had a great sense of warmth behind me and it felt soooo good.  I also hear him/someone speaking to me from my left - always on my left side. (I found it strange as I always hear from my right)  It was also suggested that if you hear him then write down what he says.  But by the time I write down the few words that I remember I realise I have missed quite a lot, so at the end some of it doesn't make sense, and the last thing I want to do is fill in the blanks!   Anyway I do enjoy the little book tremendously.

Polly (hope you are not in too much pain - bet you were practising your backstroke lol)
