I don't know how many of you use this method but I have used it for the last few weeks.  When you are trying (and I say this with tongue in cheek lol) because I find it very awkward to just concentrate on my breathing.  You take a breath in through your right nostril and breath out through your left nostril - yeh I know it does sound strange but after a few days it works (all in the mind?) and as you breath in think 'love and light' and when breathing out 'negativity'. and you will be surprised how you stay focussed.  Try it and post up with your thoughts.

Hi Polly, I knew about this type of breathing exercise a long time ago, it does work, you concentrate so much on your breathing that everything goes, no worries etc., and you find yourself more relaxed. Thanks Polly for reminding me about it.

this is brilliant Polly, just brilliant, like Angel says, the concentration required to do it means that everything else vanishes.

Thanks for posting honey bee.
