When I started to meditate the other night ,I thought my husband had come in and put his arm around me.then,with my eyes still closed (because no one had spoke)I got a little worried and thought that I hadn't protected myself .so I stopped meditating ,got up made a cuppa.then spiritually protected myself and it happened again this time (knowing I was protected) could feel the love as well as the hug. it was so like someone in person had held me ,the weight of the arm around me everything.( my dad I think)
well a few weeks ago I was in bed in a deep sleep and was awaken by (what I again thought was my husband)rubbing my leg,it was only while I was conscious I realised it again was spirit.
I wouldn't mind but it takes me ages to get to sleep in the first place.Dear of them,they mean well. love Brandy xxxxxx |

Lovely experience brandy hun, sleep time to spirit is like opening the curtains at the theatre.. its show time!!! lol Do ya find it hard t relax in meditations or just in general hun? Might be a reason why they tend to wait till ya at ya most deeply relaxed often! Just a thought! Much love maia xxxxxxxxxxx |

Hi Maia, I know why, because my mind is once again in a mental torment with my housing.
no matter how I try I can't seem to get a peace of mind with my housing situation.
it wears me out mentally a physically.
