hi all,
for a while now I've been getting...how to put it....little messages.
Last night I woke up as if some one had just turned on a light, at 5 in the morning (stupid o clock!!) and words just popped into my head 'he is here'. now that time in the morning I'm not sure if I'm capable of rational thought, but I've been having this for a while now. It's never the same message and I can have weeks without this little problem, any suggestions on what to do or how to find out whether it is spirit or not? Obviously I'm knackard after having my little baby, I'd like nothing better than to tell them to bog off, but me being me even if it is stupid o clock in the morning, I want to find out more!

Aha!! You want your cake and eat it lol. Who else can it be? I believe spirit find it easier to communicate whilst you are deeply relaxed in sleep mode, after all you are so busy during the day with the little one they probably couldn't get a word in edgewise anyway. Long time ago I was bothered with them coming to me whilst I was drifting off to sleep - I didnt like it one bit, but now all has changed - my guide knows that I don't want to be disturbed whilst I sleep and so they leave me be. They shouldn't be coming to you anyway without your guide being there so speak to your guide and tell him/her "NOT WHILST I'M KIPPIN" lol Polly xxxxxxxxxxxxx  |

I'm with polly, tell em to sod off til you are awake enough LOL the fact that you and your guide 'put them on hold' will mean they are more determined to get through when they are allowed too. You don't have to know yoru guides name, or even have seen him/her before to work with them, you can just send out the intent that your guide is your gatekeeper and spirit have to listen to him/her to get to you - it also helps in the ground/centre process, because then there is no doubt at all that you are sat there with the intent of listening to these eager beavers on the other side. Hi hun agree with above posts. Just thought i would add that the time 5:00 is about change and transformation .Something in you life is changing and these changes are essential. It is safe to make these changes and you are being supported from above. When i had Oilver i had so many experiances. We are very open when we have a new baby just think of all the love you are giving out. Love being the strongest energy is going to attract them closer. With being tired that weakens are protection. Make sure you are really grounding yourself before bed. Latley i have been walking and sleeping with mud on my feet and pools of mud around them for a bit of extra grounding. Ok not real mud that would be messy but in your mind see it.Never know it might help you to. Love Silver xxxx |

Hi girls,
I've missed you lot...you make me smile!! I guess the only time they can come to me is at stupid o clock in the morning, and I've forgotten about the grounding too...must have something to do with being absolutely shattered, I will try my best to remember that from now on!! thanks everyonexxxxxxxxxx
