Hi Brandy, just a thought - if you knew where he was working before why dont you try ringing the personnel dept and telling them of the situation?  They may know his whereabouts.  If he is working then the Tax Office, Pensions Office etc will know so - because of the circumstances - why don't you try your local government offices in Plymouth - explain the situation and see where it goes from there.  They may say 'sling yer hook' but at least you have given it a go.  Only a few suggestions darlin' - good luck.

I think personally if you know where your brother was working I would contact his past employer and ask if he would pass on a letter to him even if under data protection he couldn't give you your brothers details. I am sure he could tell you where he now works though.

Unless for any reason he left on bad terms, I am sure the employer would help you under the circumstances.
