You will have to find some 'quiet time' so you can tune in rather like a radio, the frequency has got to be found.  I find meditation helps me.  They are just jollying you along for you to sit up and take notice, then of course it is up to you to get on with what your life is about or take time out for 'them'.  Hope this helps.

I'm sat here nodding me head at all the posts, yup its happening more around me lately, yup i think spirit are trying to come closer.  I find it happens more when i have been online in here too - the energy here helps seal your intention to work on your spiruitual path, so its sort of a like a little green light to spirit...and they come closer so that when you are ready to sit and connect they'll be right there waiting to be with you.

I have just read the posts here and had to add that it has incressed since comming back from Cyprus. It was quite there only two monks for company and Erikas charlie a few times. The first night i came home (house had been cleared whille i was away) I saw a shdow twice moving downstairs at first i thought it was Mike getting up for a drink and even called down to get his butt back in bed  But as I went down to see him he was not there but i felt someone walk past. I have never been on for seeing shadows much more direct visual so it caught me off gaurd a bit but I know who he is now and I am fine with it. To be honest i was quite excited to see the shadow for a change. lol

 

I agree with whats been said quiet time and connect see what happens lol
