Biography: Frankie started in late '04 as a color commentator for SEF, but his roots in the business date back to '96 when he actually worked a lil bit for ECW behind the scenes. In '99 he would lay the foundation for his own company called Wrestling Underground and that year he actually created the Underground Title and promoted a tournament ultimately crowning the first champ. In '01 he finally put together an actual company rather than just promote matches whenever he could. In '06 in SEF Frankie walked off from his commentator spot and would lead the faction known as the Dangerous Alliance and they were just that with his devious mind at the helm. Not lasting past the end of '06 Frankie worked with SEF, promoted the 5 year anniversary show, got Sly fired, and then walked out himself to really kickstart the Underground. After his TV deal fell through though he would end up back in SEF, managed Destruction who would turn on him and so now he just acts as a talent scout for SEF. Wrestling Underground merged with SEF at Gangsta Paradise, so he has say in what happens behind the scenes, so be prepared for some awesome shows. At SEF's 6th anniversary show the real, true blue owner was revealed and stated that Frankie was out of management, though knowing Frankie he'll still throw his weight around. About a month later Frankie was named as SEF's Commissioner and given authority over the roster, so he's back in management and can officially throw his weight around...he will do just that!
