Tip Toe Through The Stars

The night is filled with magic
When the stars are shining bright
An inky sky the background
That makes this sparkling night.

Let's tip toe out to watch the stars
We'll try to count each one
Impossible to do you say…
But trying will be fun.

I wonder where they came from
All those shiny little spots
Did Mother Nature wave her wand
To fill the sky with silver dots?

Let's tip toe through the stars tonight
Together you and I
We'll lie upon our backs and watch
This twinkling, glowing sky.
