I came up with this recipe all by myself
because I was completely out of teriyaki, or any other kind of marinade.......and there just happened to be a bottle of tequila on the countertop........so no set amounts...very few ingredients.....I just tossed it together.
Marinate shrimp in tequila and fresh squeezed lime. Skewer em and grill em.......
sometimes we add basil if we feel like it......sometimes we wrap them in thin sliced bacon after we skewer them, then grill em........
I put hubby on notice tonight.......to find us a stalk of sugar cane......saw where the take home chef grilled shrimp and used sliced sugar cane for the skewers.......hmmmm.........
