In order to prevent infestation, you need to periodically do a thorough cleaning in all the area's your poultry live.
Using a pesticide is recommended if any parasites are found, and at least once every 4 months for prevention control. Call your local feed store to find the proper pesticide to use on your poultry. When using pesticides, please remember to use gloves and a face mask. Also, don't forget to remove all food and water before applying pesticides. When applying to the chickens, do it in a well-ventilated area. After applying the pesticides, remember to store the leftovers in a safe place away from children. Please use a well-marked container. After you are finished, remember to wash your skin. When washing your clothes, it is recommended that you wash them by themselves.
