| Neosporin - Antibotic salve similar to what we use on ourselves. Good for all cuts, gashes, or abrasions. |
| Permethrin-10 - Kills lice and mites. You can use on this on birds as well, or in a more concentrated form; on the houses and equipment. |
| Piperazine 17- General use wormer. |
| Tylenol(infant)-Yes, just like with your real babies. Good for birds that have been hurt and fevers. A little known fact is that chickens and ducks can get headaches. |
| Horse Salve - Nitrofurazone Antibiotic0.2% Dressing Prep. This one is labeled for horses, but works great for overnight healing of many cuts. |
| Sulmet- Broad spectrum - for many ailments; coccidioious being one of them. |
| Vet-Rx- Great for colds, congestion, croup and stuffy noses. Hint: you can apply this to combs and waddles before a show to bring out the best red glow. |
| Anti-pick Lotion- Apply to areas where feather picking and cannibalism is occuring . |
| Blood Stop Powder-Good to keep around when you happen to trim toenails or feathers too close, also used to stop the bleeding of combs from dubbing. |
| Ivomec This is another one labeled for cattle, but it is very useful with poultry too. For bantams and small birds, use an eye dropper or syringe to put a drop or two at the base of the neck and vent area.Also can be added at the rate of 4cc. per. gallon of water to orally control lice and mites. |
