I am curious of the effects I should expect from the staff infections being passed. I am in and out of hospitals and doctor's offices with both parents and in-law parents. If brought to my home and its occupents, is my Vitamin C powder my first and most powerful antioxident/ supplement to use as a line of defense against symptoms? |

No, as I've said in other posts, I think it's probably more unhealthy than healthy to use powerful antioxidant supplements. I prefer dark chocolate, raisins, and coffee (no sugar or milk in it), for example. It sounds like you are a health professional. Any additional and relevant information would be helpful. My guess is that you could wash your hands with a "regular" soap very thoroughly before you leave, putting gloves on after you wash. It might look weird, but you have to decide on your priorities. |
