75% of the oxygen on planet Earth is coming from the photosynthesis of CO2 into O2 by blue green algea in the world's oceans.  The other 25% is coming from land plants like grass and trees.

 

If there is more CO2 then that means there will be more O2, not less O2.  Unless the sun goes out.
