When I cut my hair short I always get dandruff for cup of weeks. It may be that the long hair somehow protect the fungus to make it happy while short hair expose it to more oxygen and pollen what makes it clingy? I guess I don't have excessive AA in cells by now since everyone is catching cold around me but I am doing fine for the first year! No more throat inflammation and cought for weeks now :-) The dandruff gets worst when I exercise and sweat. The exercise may also lower AA/LA and make the skin more permeable and vulnerable to the fungus? But I am not going to trade the mild dandruff for annual longlasting colds and chronic inflammation ... |
