Hans, can you share some of your health stats like height & weight, % body fat, waist size, blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, insulin, cholesterol, triglycerides, C-Reactive Protein, whatever figures you think are relevant?
Also, how many calories do you eat and how do you think it breaks down by macronutrients? Have any of your markers improved or do you think most of them are irrelevant? I think you said you were 5'9" and 140 lbs once?
I guess you eat much. Do you think it's important to be thin? Would a person be unhealthy if they ate as you recommend, but were deemed overweight or obese? Or are the markers only relevant to current bad diets? Thanks. |
